Terms for Event
Break Out Room Presentations consist of no less than 50 chairs, 1 hour presentation time with 5 minutes to enter, 50 minute presentation and
5 minute exit time, in the Private Room. Audio/visual may be purchased, sign with topic outside room, announcement of presentation before start
time.
Table Top Discussions consist of a round table with a maximum of 9 attendees in public room, 30 minute presentation with 5 minutes to
enter, 20 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes to exit, no audio/visual available, sign on topic on table, announcement of presentation before
start time.
All Vendor and Sponsor Booths consist of a skirted 6’ table with two chairs. Nothing may be tacked, taped or secured to walls. You
have the area behind the table which is about 4’ to put an easel for signs or other products. Please let me know if you do not need the table.
8am set up time. Must be completely set up by 10am. Break Down is after the Ultimate Mixer. No break down is allowed until 9pm. Special
unloading and loading instructions will follow.
